Working 3kW unit, handy for the Southbank Centre, but you have only 3 hours stay up until 22:00 so no chance of going to a show at the RFH that starts at 19:30 and having a pre-theatre meal. Southwark please sort this timing out slow unlimited stay after 19:00
Watning : Parking wardens on duty until late on Upper Ground - usually trying to nick cabbies going about their lawful business picking up customers from the ITV studios after a show.
