In this station as in all the others of e-moving (A2A) network it's 90% of the time impossible to charge because the charging spaces are occupied by: a) ICE cars or b) by EV or PHEV not even connected or c) when connected left there for all the day if not days. As it can see from pict 1, there is no sign on ground to remind that place it is for charging, no post that says "for charging only" no post that says "max x hours", no post to remind respect for drivers in need. No sign on the charging station tower on how to behave. Police doesn't give a ticket (never seen one). Operator not interested in implementing basic rules.
On a minor note, In the description of the station in this app there is the symbol of 1 + in the battery logo, inside the details (to be opened) the + are (rightly - 22kw) 2.
